In the beautiful setting of Split, the 26th edition of the Special Power League took place on February 23rd, celebrating sports, inclusion, and teamwork!
This year’s tournament featured football and handball matches, where participants showcased incredible passion, team spirit, and fair play. The following teams took part in the event:
SPT NK Sloga Čakovec SPT HNK Hajduk Split SPT GNK Dinamo Zagreb SPT HNK Rijeka SPT NK Osijek SPT NK Istra 1961 SPT NK Slaven Belupo SPT NK Lokomotiva Zagreb SPT SKIP – who participated in the tournament for the first time, instantly winning everyone’s hearts with their enthusiasm and sportsmanship!
A Special Experience at Poljud!
The tournament was not only about competition but also about unique and emotional experiences. On February 22nd, the day before the tournament, participants had the incredible opportunity to attend the Croatian First League match between HNK Hajduk Split and NK Osijek at the legendary Poljud Stadium.
For many, this was a dream come true – players from our teams had the honor of walking onto the pitch hand in hand with Hajduk and Osijek players before the match, experiencing the electrifying atmosphere of professional football firsthand. The energy from the stands and the support from the fans gave them an extra boost for the tournament matches!
A Tournament Full of Sportsmanship
The matches were filled with passion, determination, and friendship. Beyond the competition, all participants had the chance to make new friends, share experiences, and celebrate their love for sports together.
