Zadar, Croatia \u2013 29\u201330 May 2025<\/strong>
As part of the PlanetGoals project<\/strong>, and in collaboration with the Dalmatinko Cup<\/strong> and Special Power League (SPL)<\/strong>, an inspiring football tournament for people with intellectual disabilities (PwID) took place at Vi\u0161njik Sports Center in Zadar<\/strong>.<\/p>

Organized under the motto “Football for All”<\/strong>, this inclusive tournament featured four SPL teams: Dinamo Zagreb, Hajduk Split, Istra 1961 Pula, and Mali Princ Zadar<\/strong>. Over two days, young athletes with disabilities showcased not only their football skills but also the joy, energy, and sense of community that make these events truly impactful.<\/p>

About the Event:<\/h3>

The event was a joint effort between Akademija zdravog \u017eivljenja<\/strong> and SPL<\/strong>, with the strong support of the Dalmatinko Cup. It stood as a powerful reminder that football is not just a game \u2014 it\u2019s a platform for inclusion, solidarity, and equal opportunities<\/strong>.<\/p>

The tournament also included a special moment: the presentation of the Croatian Special Power Team<\/strong>, a national team of players with intellectual disabilities who will represent Croatia at the Genuine World Cup 2025 in Houston, Texas<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
