On the shores of Rovinj, Croatia, the Erasmus+ co-funded project “International Sport Youth Camps” held\u00a0the first in-person\u00a0<\/span>meeting on January 18th, 2024.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/section>

Health Life Academy, serving as\u00a0both\u00a0the host and coordinating organization\u00a0for the project, welcomed project partners from across Europe, including AiCS (Italy), ASK\u00d6 (Austria), TUL (Finland), Kalev (Estonia), and HOCSH (Greece). In this project,\u00a0CSIT\u00a0serves as a supervisor for the design, preparation and submission of the application.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The\u00a0meeting\u00a0day in the end of January commenced with\u00a0a visit to\u00a0the facilities that will soon host camp participants. The morning agenda included visits to the accommodation venues and the sports infrastructure, which encompasses a football field and sports halls. This tour\u00a0set the stage for a productive day of discussions and planning.<\/p>

In the afternoon, the partners\u00a0say together\u00a0for a meeting,\u00a0to discuss the progress and status-quo about\u00a0the upcoming International Youth Sports Camps. Health Life Academy took the lead by presenting the draft schedule and activities that would form the backbone of the camp’s immersive experience. This laid the groundwork for open discussions among partners who shared insights, proposed additional camp activities, and collectively brainstormed to enhance the overall program. One of the\u00a0main\u00a0points of the meeting was the status update on registered participants for the upcoming camp.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

To wrap up the meeting, as\u00a0the project coordinator, Health Life Academy\u00a0walked the partners\u00a0through the next steps and outlined crucial deadlines to ensure the seamless execution of the\u00a0camp in the end of March.\u00a0<\/p>

However, it wasn’t all business; as tradition dictates, the meeting was\u00a0connected\u00a0with a city tour, offering participating project partners\u00a0the chance to absorb the\u00a0vibe of\u00a0Rovinj\u00a0and also bond together even more.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
